Of special note are correspondence from Little, Brown & Company to Patoski concerning legal issues related to the publication of the book. Also of special interest is the correspondence between Patoski and Selena’s father concerning Abraham’s wish for Patoski to ghost write a biography of Selena.

This collection consists of materials related to Bill Minutaglio’s book City on Fire, chronicles the explosion of two ships in 1947 that devastated Texas City, Texas and his biography on Molly Ivins. This collection consists of research materials for the book,Dallas 1963 by Bill Minutaglio and Steven L. Davis. Much of the collection is an assortment of research on Lafitte, John F.
